At Ottilies Boutique, we hope you love every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be in a resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks or tights where the packaging has been opened.
- Personalised items (unless faulty).
- Gift cards.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
